I had an issue with my prior car and urgently needed to purchase a new vehicle, in which my brother recommended and brought me to this dealership to check out the vehicles. Tommy was our salesman, and he was the absolute best! He made my first car purchase by myself an absolute breeze. He did great with ensuring that I was not spending too much time at the dealership filling out paperwork, rather he took the time himself to get majority of it done. He has even gone above and beyond to make my car my dream car. “So I've been driving around in a 12 year old car and it started to have some issues. I used to take it to L and L where the current DT Automotive now operates its business. After being spoiled for years at L and L I was a bit nervous having to look for a new mechanic. It's kind of like having a great doctor and he retires and now you got to look for a new one. Didn't feel like researching so I just said I'll stay at this location and try DT without knowing absolutely zero about them.Well, let me just say to this day, it's one of the best places I have ever let anyone service my vehicle. Paul is amazingly knowledgeable and kind and always eager to help. Never once did he get impatient or act like he was getting put out. Not to mention the most kindest and sweetest girls at the desk. “Southbridge Auburn is my favorite Jiffy Lube; in addition to the oil change options, manager Chris and a number of his team are also certified as full service technicians and one bay in their garage is dedicated to customers in need of a variety of repairs (not everything you can imagine, for safety or time/space reasons, but a lot!). I’ve been working with them for a little over two years and despite preferring that (all) repair shops put higher prices on labor and instead offer parts closer to cost, which my little review isn’t going to change lol, I don’t feel like I’m being overcharged and their waiting areas, restroom, and front desk area are maintained as well as the shop itself. I have keen housekeeping eyes and having seen many a business that doesn’t put much care into their appearance, it’s just another pro, here. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube full service in Auburn, MA, on Southbridge. Say hi to Chris and Robert, and Gage!”

I remember once my car wouldn't start I was gonna go to junk yard to buy the new starter years ago when he did things differently an pick up the part for him to make it faster for me to pick uo my car. He "Paul" advised me to wait an see what he came up with after looking at it before I went to get the obvious part?! It was a fuse he charged me little to no money to fix the problem! “Kevin is awesome to work with. Scheduled dyno rental time and he was able to get me on his Dynapack Hub dyno extremely quickly (literally 2 days after I called). The dyno session went excellent, I had my tuner remote in while Kevin operated my car on the dyno, he was able to provide my dyno with crucial information and graphs with his large flate screen display, which was on a rolling cart and made reading information very clear. I called all the shops in MA and NH and he had the best price out of everyone. I highly recommend PSI Import Tuning for dyno services and rental.”

He got the car in in 10 minutes , put it up on the rack and checked out the damage. Within an Hour and a half he had repaired the exhaust and was very reasonable in his cost. It seems to be a father son business .They were very helpful as I tried to get the car going again.
