I had an issue with my prior car and urgently needed to purchase a new vehicle, in which my brother recommended and brought me to this dealership to check out the vehicles. Tommy was our salesman, and he was the absolute best! He made my first car purchase by myself an absolute breeze. He did great with ensuring that I was not spending too much time at the dealership filling out paperwork, rather he took the time himself to get majority of it done. He has even gone above and beyond to make my car my dream car. After purchasing the car, he checked in repeatedly to ensure complete satisfaction with the vehicle, which is incredible and shows the consumer that he really cares about their experience! Lux is great because they all truly work as a team to make the car buying experience more enjoyable and easier for the customer. “So I've been driving around in a 12 year old car and it started to have some issues. I used to take it to L and L where the current DT Automotive now operates its business. After being spoiled for years at L and L I was a bit nervous having to look for a new mechanic. It's kind of like having a great doctor and he retires and now you got to look for a new one. “Southbridge Auburn is my favorite Jiffy Lube; in addition to the oil change options, manager Chris and a number of his team are also certified as full service technicians and one bay in their garage is dedicated to customers in need of a variety of repairs (not everything you can imagine, for safety or time/space reasons, but a lot!). I’ve been working with them for a little over two years and despite preferring that (all) repair shops put higher prices on labor and instead offer parts closer to cost, which my little review isn’t going to change lol, I don’t feel like I’m being overcharged and their waiting areas, restroom, and front desk area are maintained as well as the shop itself. I have keen housekeeping eyes and having seen many a business that doesn’t put much care into their appearance, it’s just another pro, here. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube full service in Auburn, MA, on Southbridge. Say hi to Chris and Robert, and Gage!”
