“just.. WOWi can honestly say i am so happy my dad told me to bring my car here. I haven been dealing with a on going issue with my car for years even brought my car to my dealership everyone always told me it was my struts i tried getting one fixed a few years ago but my car got worse i did not have money to fix my car until one day my car left me no choice as it started acting up and locking up while i was driving i brought my car here and they recommended i get new mounts and struts fast forward car came back and was still having the same issue even after the struts were replaced i was so frustrated and discouraged thinking i was never going to get this issue resolved and that i was going to get stuck paying for things to keep getting fixed without the problem being resolved i was scared because after fixing the car and it still being the same i was hopeless and in a hole But let me just say when Scott say's his work is guaranteed they are not lying! They were the most honest kindest people i ever dealt with at a shop they will not scam you or trick you or make you think you need things fixed that are not the problem they actually listened to me when i told them something was still not right they did not leave me high and dry with this problem he was never once rude or frustrated towards me this car and it was hard to diagnose but this man went out his way to make sure he found the problem and fixed it on his own dime to reassure me i was in good hands NEVER in my life have i ever dealt with such amazing customer service down to his staff and his wife Lynn who always kept me updated and so quick and polite wither her responses! I've always been scared to bring my car to places due to being screwed over in the past by places no these people i would 1000% recommend this place to everyone with confidence if you are looking for a honest reasonable trustworthy place to bring your car THIS IS IT! Look no where else i will never bring my car to another place again besides here 10/10 highly recommend i will forever be grateful for Scott and son's and all that they did for me. My car was a pain in the butt but the did not give up! And words cant describe how thankful i am for all that they did for me. Scott & Sons or NOTHING ! do not bring your car nowhere else!”

“My daughter called me after experiencing a flat tire. I removed a nail and tried unsuccessfully to plug the tire. I called Monro Auto and spoke to David Little, the store manager, about my situation. Although it was closing time, he advised me to drop off the tire so he could look at it first thing in the morning and advise me as to repairing or replacing the flat. When I arrived, he evaluated the damage to the tire, and due to the location of the nail hole determined that repairing it would not be an option. He noted that he had the correct size replacement in his inventory, and both he and his technician stayed at the shop after hours so that they could complete the job and save me from having to make a return trip the following day. More importantly, it allowed me to change the tire on my daughter's car the same evening, so she would not have to do any substantial driving on the temporary spare "donut". I felt that the courteous staff at Monro went above and beyond to make me feel valued and to complete my repair in a very timely and efficient manner. I recommend David Little and his staff at Monro without reservation.”
