The service was performed fairly quick, which is a plus. However, the dealership experience is really lacking for a luxury car brand. Felt like I was entering a dealership from the 80’s. The car was not washed or vacuumed when it was returned.

Made a service appointment online, upon arrival was greeted by service personnel, was told that my car would be ready in 1 hour. And it was. Very smooth service with no surprises

They forgot to tell me my car service was done and waited and extra 30 min (after being there for almost 3 hours) all for and oil change and tire rotation. First time coming might have to try a different Acura dealership for service next time.
