The service was performed fairly quick, which is a plus. However, the dealership experience is really lacking for a luxury car brand. Felt like I was entering a dealership from the 80’s. The car was not washed or vacuumed when it was returned.

Took car to service dept for a loud squeaking and told me it was my front right caliper that was glazed over. Brought it to a Master Mechanic had him change the front calipers and rotors because that's what they told me was the problem. So after changing the front rotors and brake pads it's still continue to squeak horribly come to find out it's the rare brake pads and rotors. I was also told that the rear brake pads had plenty of mileage left on them come to find out they're almost down to metal. I guess it's just hard to find good help these days and you would think being an Acura Service Place they would have some knowledgeable mechanics.

Weirdest policy would not sell vehicle to me because I was from New York state will only sell to New England States thought a sale would be a sale and I was very interested in a vehicle they had and was willing to drive out to then to make the deal guess NY money doesn't spend in MA

Made a service appointment online, upon arrival was greeted by service personnel, was told that my car would be ready in 1 hour. And it was. Very smooth service with no surprises

They forgot to tell me my car service was done and waited and extra 30 min (after being there for almost 3 hours) all for and oil change and tire rotation. First time coming might have to try a different Acura dealership for service next time.

There's a reason I have bought my third MDX in 13 years from Ron Bouchard's- impeccable sales and service. During the vehicle shortage of the pandemic they were in constant communication with me about the status of my vehicle. The service department is second to none as well. They are always able to get my car in quickly and do great work. They are accommodating to the point that they don't flinch at coming out to the Berkshires to bring me a car for the day and bring my car out to Auburn to service it. If I could give ten stars I would!

By far one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Alex, Zach and the team made buying a new RDX effortless. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and care about their customers. This is the best dealership I've ever known. I just leased my second RDX from them and they made the process so easy. The vehicle is a joy to drive And I really love it and the dealership. Denny answered all my questions. Don and Nate are also very helpful. The service department gets a five star rating as well. Always easy to get an appointment with excellent mechanics. A well run thoughtful dealership. THE BEST.

I was told the sales manager "was not happy at all" that I initially offered $600 below asking price (with their $400+ in fees added on to that). Guess what sales mngr? I'll take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone I know does the same.

I had a great experience, buying a new RDX at Acura of Auburn. Connie, Nate, Zach & Denny, all did a spectacular job and I'm not the easiest customer in the world. I haven't yet had the opportunity to deal with their service department, but I suspect they subscribe to the same standard of excellence, the Sales Department displayed.

I went to the dealership to get a transmission module reprogrammed after I found a bulletin that there was an issue. I had recently purchased this used car from another dealership. They got me in at my appointed time and made the repair fine; however, they found that my front tires were worn and may need replacing. I wanted the inspection report so that I could take it back to the dealership from whom I purchased the car. It was not in the car when I went to drive it home. A day or two later I got the feedback request text on how my service was. I replied that I needed the report and left an email. Acura corporate sent me a similar email asking for feedback twice and I also informed them of my request. It is two weeks now and I still have not had any response from either of them. If you are going to request feedback, can you read what people are replying? And even better, follow up with their request?

This place will rob you blind if you let them. The service advisor, Jeff Neal, is the worse. I wouldn't trust a thing he said.
