“Just purchased a watch from Alan Furman & Co. Did lots of research before buying and found that no one in the US or Canada beats their prices for new watches. I even found pre-owned watches being offered by other vendors at prices higher than what Furman was asking for the identical new watch. Also, the customer service is top notch. “My fiancé and I had above and beyond customer service today!I stopped by to sell some family heirloom jewelry pieces. My great experience started via email, where I spoke with Erik who was so kind, warm, and helpful. I don’t know a lot about selling gold, but I know I loved these pieces a lot; so this first step helped ease my nerves.When we got to the store, everyone was so kind, so welcoming, the store was pristine and well organized. I had to remind myself I wasn’t shopping because they had so many beautiful pieces! Not only were they kind to me, but so welcoming to my fiancé and our dog.They took their time evaluating each piece, explained what they were worth as well, and what the process they were doing was, and were very honest. Despite taking the necessary time, they were very quick and efficient and could answer all of my questions. I was incredibly impressed with the offer they made on my gold and jewelry, and was so touched by how seriously they took my feelings about parting with these pieces.We will be returning to resize my fiancés wedding band, and to change the prongs on my engagement ring. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future! The family owned touch really elevates this business!”

We used family stones and came with an idea of how we wanted to reset them but got great advice and suggestions. The quote for the work was very reasonable and they stuck to the quote even when little changes needed to be made. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. We really appreciated how personal the process felt, especially after we had looked into initially going through online vendors.I was also struck by Fleisher’s great selection of silver and gold jewlery— some great (and affordable) finds!My ring is stunning — beautiful craftsmanship and excellent quality. “As I was going through the list of jewelry store, I saw Treasures The Diamond Place, it reminded me of Eddy and Mickey. Both are really perfect in terms of knowledge, Eddy is the best and fluent designer I have ever seen , he doesn't need anything to calculate the prices of diamonds and gold, having an extensive knowledge of them as well. He draws everything perfectly and I used to get pieces for Icebox before, and he knows about diamonds and he answered every question about diamonds and judge the diamonds about their clarity and color without seeing the appraisal of them, he was correct about all pieces I showed him.
