In fact, he called me about 10 minutes before I was leaving on my trip in the smaller car and invited me back to the Enterprise location for a quick swap. His customer service is outstanding, as are most of the team at this location on Airpark Drive in Gaithersburg.”

“From the booking to the return everything was so easy with this rental. We were able to make all of our choices on line ahead of time. When we went into pick up the car it was ready. When the woman took us outside to look over the car she also made sure we knew how to use everything connected with the car (opening the back, hooking our phone to the radio, etc). These may sound like little things but when you're driving in a car that's new to you the last thing you want is to be fiddling with buttons and getting frustrated. She was very friendly and very helpful. We were given a number we could call with any questions or problems. This office is always friendly, always helpful, and we are always happy with the cars we get from them.”

“On October 28th, I visited Enterprise to pick up my reservation with my toddler. Upon arrival, I realized that the car I had reserved was too small to fit the car seat I brought from my house. It was quite cold outside, and trying to figure out how my daughter and I would have a comfortable ride was a bit overwhelming. I requested to speak with the manager on duty, and Jarron was able to help me out. He was incredibly accommodating. He showed great kindness to my daughter and me. Although he explained that as per company policy, he couldn't install the car seat for us, he kindly helped transfer it from where I had placed it to my car. He ensured that my daughter and I were comfortable and even asked if there was anything else we needed. This act of kindness truly meant a lot to me. It's my hope that there are more individuals like him around, spreading kindness.”

“I’ve rented with enterprise before and typically never have issues. After my accident and having to deal with those unfortunate circumstances, it was refreshing to receive such great customer service from Kennedy. He was able to accommodate me immediately and I was very pleased with his great service. After having my car for about a week, I was having issues with the car and had to get it switched out. I called customer service multiple times over a span of 3-4 days, spoke with at least 4-5 different representatives, was given empty promises and never received a call back nor did I receive a different car. So I decided to call the enterprise where I initially received the rental and was helped by Kayla. Kayla was also extremely helpful. I was already really frustrated at this point due to the bad customer service I received when trying to get assistance with Enterprise’s customer service. Kayla was really understanding, composed, and proactive in getting me situated with a new rental. From that point on, I had the car for about 2 more weeks. Kayla and Kennedy really helped put me at ease while navigating through an already stressful situation with my car accident. I will be returning to this location any time I need to rent a car.”

“I've been coming here for a couple of years because I live in the city and I haven't had a car for a long time. I've rented various vehicles from this place including mid-size cars, to the smaller Toyota camrys of various years and colors, and even a cargo van. I needed the van last summer for when I was moving from o e apartment to another. I've never had any issue with the process of setting-up the reservation although I think the easiest way is to just call them. As for the vehicles themselves, the o es that I have rented are fairly late model cars. I think the van is from 2012. I actually noticed a new passenger van in their lot. My most recent rental was a pickup truck k. I had it for three days and it was a lot of fun. This place definitely has so e options and the cars are in decent shape and economical. I will keep coming here whenever the need arises, it's a no brainer!”

“I really want to highlight the kind service and patience with the employee this past Saturday 28, 2023. I did not catch his name. Needless to say we came into the branch 6 minutes past the closing time, and he took our rental as professionally as I had seen in a long time. It is not pleasant when someone walks in past the closing time. I was also impressed with his attitude and willingness to answer any questions. Most businesses are NOT this nice anymore sadly. He’s definitely bringing back the Golden Rule. Kudos!”

“I had a great experience today dealing with the staff there particularly Malcolm.this was my first time here at Drivewhip in obtaining a vehicle for Uber and Lyft driving.The staff there was very helpful and effective in terms of getting the best results for their customers.I am 72 years old and rented a lot of cars for Uber and Lyft driving but Drivewhip gave me the best customer service that I ever experienced . “Had a very pleasant experience renting from this branch. Desiree was friendly and super helpful and went above and beyond to fix the issue with my rental. Most of the time rental agents get agitated very fast especially on busy days and make you feel uncomfortable, but she was very helpful and respectful and made the rental experience go very smoothly.”

“Third year in a row I have rented for my Florida trip. This year we had a Jeep Renegade. I didn't really like the car but that was not Nextcar's fault. The vehicle was ready when I got there, it was in good shape, full of fuel and clean. We put 2300 miles on the car with no issues other than running the windshield fluid out on the way home. That was not a Nextcar issue. The people there are friendly and get the work done with no real issues. Very easy to deal with. I will have no hesitation renting from them again.”

“Visiting from out of town and my first Zipcar experience in DC area. The instructions to find the car are pretty detailed. App makes it very easy to make reservations. I did have trouble booking a one way trip so ended doing a round trip instead. I also couldn't figure out how to give the car to valet since I had to lock it. Other than that, it was convenient, easy and gave me a car for a half day to run errands. Very helpful to have in the city”
