“Excellent service! Very clean vehicle. Fair charges. One star docked because the vehicle smelled like two robots had gone at it, the night prior. I had to open the windows because the smell of engine grease (or whatever it was) made me gag.”

“Make sure you get a contract with unlimited miles. You may have to return the truck to a different location but since they have so many local choice it shouldn't be a problem. Also some auto insurance policies cover rental vehicles example State Farm, check first, you save alot of money for having your own insurance.”

“So after going to a local nursery and looking at Christmas trees, attempting to shop local for the holiday... I just could not stomach paying that much of a premium for a local vendor. I'm 100% willing to chip in a bit extra to buy local. But this nursery, about 8 minutes away from Home Depot, was almost twice the price for a tree that was 2 feet shorter. Some of the cheapest trees there were 80 dollars, and they were a bit rough off. Most of the trees we're 109 and up. So I made my way over to this Home Depot and found a tree that's about 6.5 feet for about 60 bucks. I'm sorry local nursery. Like, I said- I'd be fine with a bit of a mark up... but not a 100 percent markup for a shorter tree. I'm sorry, I just can't stomach that ;/ In any event, I ran into this place and the guy in the nursery was SO helpful. He asked me a bunch of questions about the tree I wanted. I'm always a little bit lost when shopping for trees. Do I feel confident that I know the difference between a fraser fir, balsam fir, noble fir - absolutely not. Do I know the difference between those and a white pine... yes. I know A LITTLE something lol. Just not a lot of something. So the super nice guy took down some trees for me, cut off the netting and shook them out just so I could see all the branches. He was as nice as could be. Then, the young gentleman who attached the tree to the top of my car was also as pleasant as pie. Is that even a saying? It should be if it isn't one. He was a super nice guy who I found out has worked at Home Depot for 5 years now, and he's planning on going into the Air Force soon enough. He did a solid job of attaching my tree to my car roof, and he was even hesitant to accept a tip when I offered it. I did insist that he took it. All in all, a solid wonderful experience at Home Depot in Germantown getting a tree. It was secure as could be on the way home and I love how it looks all trimmed up :)”

“The location seems to be family ran. The staff is not particularly overly friendly, but they are quite efficient. Since the business is part of a food market and the staff seems to consist of two people at any given time (at least visible to me), sometimes you'll have to wait to get their attention when returning or picking up. Other than the lack of smiles and slight delays to be serviced at the location, they were thorough and efficient when handling the transaction.”

“Very friendly pickup counter inside a convenience store. They didn't have the 12' truck I reserved, but offered the van they had for a cheaper price. Offered a later return time than advertised. The man was super nice, even gave my son a free candy bar. I think it's a shame that noone posts reviews when they've had a good experience here, which skews the perception of this wonderful quaint site.”
