“I had been coming here for years but had not been back for a while with my car needing more than a oil change and fluids. I came in a Monday around 1:30 pm. No wait and super fast, friendly service with no pressure to buy additional filters or upgrades. The oil change and fluid checks/refills were done in less than 15 minutes.Nice waiting room with 4 chairs, Keurig coffees and water, bathroom, and TV.Jose explained what packages were offered and the minimum my car would need and higher options. No pressure. Keem performed my maintenance with a smile. Jose processed my payment and let me know I could come back for a free fluid refill or check before a road trip. Jose and Keem were very pleasant and professional,and I was relieved there was no pressure to replace dirty filters or higher priced oil.All in all, a very quick, easy, pleasant way to get your oil changed, lights, air pressure and fluids checked for $90 plus a cup of good coffee. I plan to come back.”

He didn't have to give me a call and followed up but he did and that shows that he cares and wants to ensure customers are taken care of. In addition to the tire repair, I've also requested an oil change service. With all said and done, the service was completed within a respectable time. I'll definitely come back again for future service. For those seeking a good shop to have their cars done, I'd highly recommend this place. Just ensure that when placing an appointment to verify if they can get your car in time if you're going to wait. “My car's front suspension was making a noise when I turned right or left, so I tried taking it to this nearby shop, which is called All Star Auto Service. Note that it is not affiliated in any way with the convenience store or gas station. The mechanic test drove my car and called me promptly to inform me that the axle bearings were worn and needed replacement. As they got into removing the axles, he called me back to tell me the ball joints were bad as well. He as kind enough to send me pictures of the worn joints and said the car wasn't that safe to drive any long distance, so I asked him to get a quote on that as well. He shoped around to get the best price on parts and was able to get the axles and ball joints replaced in the same day. The car is now quiet and sounding so much better. I was impressed with the attentive service here and would recommend this shop. I will certainly go back for future car repair needs.”

“This is a great dealership / service center for Alfas. I was impressed with the service and their accommodation. The drive from Towson to Germantown is not great but it is worth it to be able to take your car to a dealership that you trust. I ran here (with an appointment) when my check engine light popped on and they diagnosed it as the multi air which needed replaced. It is typically a day and a half repair but they were so kind when they learned that I was from out of town and squeezed me in before the end of the day to complete the job. They have courtesy cars (unfortunately all in use when I was there) and a local shuttle which can drive you anywhere in the local area (outlets, restaurants, Starbucks coffee shops) while you wait. Pai was my service representative and he was professional and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions calmly and clearly. Recommend this dealership!”
