“When it comes to all the things a person has to handle after being in an accident, I must say, I have never had a more delightful experience with the rental car part of it all than I did with Enterprise. From start to finish, I was continuously impressed with how they handled my situation. Even with my case lasting almost 2 months, and spanning out into several of their branches, I was continuously impressed. And, I'm not easily impressed. Easily amused, and entertained, yes, but not easily impressed. They made the process so simple, and took care of, literally, everything. “We rented the Mercedes Sprinter Van for a family of 8 for a week. Deb was awesome!!!! The van was awesome!!! We had all kinds of room, the kids watched Netflix while going down the road, the seats are extremely comfortable and handles better than my car. We will definitely rent again. It was all around a great experience!!! We enjoyed it so much, we didn't want to give it back.”

Great service the guy behind the counter was great he knew I wasn't having a good day, he got me to laugh a few times and he let me pick out my own car. ❤️Oh oh get this he also told me I could leave the car at the collision place when my car was done. Never had been told that.??”

Their car return process is convenient...if I need to bring the car back on a Sunday when they are closed, they have a key drop box. That way I don't have to wait until Monday and pay for an extra day,”

“We had to get a Rental Car while our vehicle was in the shop, first went through Budget and did not have the best experience turned that car in and went to Enterprise. The customer service was great and when I arrived to pick up the rental they had it parked up front ready and waiting for me. It was super fast and convenient to pick up and drop off. We ended up having to keep the rental longer then expected, but Enterprise was so understanding and willing to accommodate us. Definitely, will be using Enterprise again if needed.”

“Zack and Mike are awesome, very professional and carry great attitudes in a stressful business. I won’t be going anywhere else besides Hertz due to this outstanding service.Yesterday when i picked the car up, the lobby was full and customers and the customer were being very rude… MIKE AND ZACK stayed professional and didn’t let the customers get to them, they are better than me! When i brought the car back, they treated me the same and even offered me to wait until my ride came to pick me up which i appreciated a ton. THANK YOU HERTZ, Mike and Zack were great!”

“Good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out the person on the desk made sure we carefully documented all the little dings in the paint (not that there were a lot), and bringing it back the staff member checked to make sure that the chip in the windshield was already there. (It was.) Also, it just occurred to me, they didn't aggressively try to get me to take their insurance or refueling. The person asked if I wanted insurance, I said I was using mine, and he said cool. I don't think I've ever left a rental desk without feeling like I fought a battle over not raking their insurance.”
