“I made the appointment online, which was super easy. Picked the location nearest me, rather than going back to where I purchased the tires. The lobby and waiting area are clean. I was told it would be about 30-35 minutes wait time. Currently I can see it hasn't made its way to the bay. I'm here for the free rotation and balancing, and I expect I'll get it back without issue. Sure enough that's what happened. I was told the tires did not need balancing, so I guess that's a plus. Took slightly less than 30 minutes. Yay! I'd go back again. I know this location doesn't have the capability for an alignment if one needed that, but I didn't have anything extraordinary come up. Fast and efficient as far as I know.”
“Great shop for your European vehicle. Eric was great to work with. I took my 2016 Audi Q5 in for an oil change, new battery install and 4 wheel alignment. Prices are obviously better than the dealership. They checked to make sure battery needed to be replaced then Eric called me with the price before doing the work. George and Neil followed up the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. Outstanding service and communication. Highly recommend. I will definitely return in the future.”

“Bill is amazing! I’ve had to use him in two “emergencies”, the first was to establish-since I didn’t have a regular mechanic (I do now!) he got me in fast! He’s straight to the point, makes sure you understand what’s going on and why and gives you your options and as affordable as mechanics can be. The second was for a failed alternator, again- he was able to get me in (where for other people it would have been a WEEK) so I never had to deal with any issues! Very thankful! “Goodyear is one of the few places that does tires, and has mechanics working, during hours so a person who works can get their car taken care of. Most tire shops, mechanics, etc. are not open on weekends, or even late enough weekday hours for folks who work full-time. ThisGood Year is even open on Sundays! They have a clean waiting area where you can watch television, work at a computer table, or check out their supply of good magazines. And their women's restroom is clean and well-stocked! Good people and good service. They seem to have a lot of repeat customers, some whom they greet by name when they walk in the door, which is usually a good sign. My only complaint is that one of the four new tires they put on my car a couple months ago would not hold air and had weird dark splotches on it. I wish I hadn't had to come back, and I hope the fix they did works. I thought they would replace the defective tire, but that was not the case.”
“Firestone Great as always and I have travel tomorrow to TX, in the area not way to leave car - Tech Lynzie said we will work you in so both Techs and shop staff got me in and out less than 1 hour this is why we use Firestone”

“This is my go-to place for tire repair. I've had at least 6 or 7 tires repaired here over the past 20 years. They are always courteous and helpful and get the job done quickly. Cost is in the $25 - $30 range. Today I'm here getting a leaky valve replaced. Call ahead to be sure they have a repair technician on duty. I called yesterday (Saturday) and found that the tech leaves at 3pm. Today, they're here 8am - noon. Not sure about weekdays. I've never had other work done here, so i can't comment on anything more extensive than tire repair.”
