“Needed to quickly rent a car due to my primary car being at a collision center. Because of the unknown timeframe for my car to be ready, and opposite party insurance being a nuisance, I needed to continue updating my rental. Austin, Zack, and Jaden were great to work with. They made sure everything was good to go for the month. Very communicative with logistics of my rental and had answers for every question I gave them. Recommend going here if you're in the area.”

“I had an awful experience at the Enterprise off of Shawnee Mission Parkway in Shawnee, KS so needless to say, I came in with my walls a bit up. Nick was so kind and compassionate and reassured me that he and his team were going to take care of me. And they did, I even got an upgrade from a sedan to a small SUV. Thank you, Nick!”

“I do not recommend it, they never returned our deposit, they invented that we returned the car without gasoline when we cleaned it inside and out and filled the tank ???❌️❌️❌️Be careful when we went to complain there were always people doing the same thing.”

“Good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out the person on the desk made sure we carefully documented all the little dings in the paint (not that there were a lot), and bringing it back the staff member checked to make sure that the chip in the windshield was already there. (It was.) Also, it just occurred to me, they didn't aggressively try to get me to take their insurance or refueling. The person asked if I wanted insurance, I said I was using mine, and he said cool. I don't think I've ever left a rental desk without feeling like I fought a battle over not raking their insurance.”

“Not going to lie based off of reading these reviews I was very nervous to rent a car from this location.I was stressed trying to make it back to CO for a work trip, and these reviews were adding to my stress!Eventually I was so tired of worrying that I decided to take a leap of faith and trust God that everything would work out.I’m glad I did because I honestly had a great experience with budget.They called to confirm my appointment with the car I wanted, they had my car at the location at the time my appointment was set for, and they got me in and out within 10 minutes.It was an easy drop off too, they charged me what they estimated and didn’t add any hidden fees or anything. I do think they are trying to turn things around and I recommend taking a leap of faith and trust that it will all work out with your experience at Budget.”
