“While traveling from West Palm Beach FL to Naperville IL in my 34’ Tiffin Motorhome I called Cassidy Tire in Naperville to see uf they could handle a large vehicle for a brake check and possible brake job. Austin was very helpful on the phone and assured me that the company could handle the large vehicle with service and parts if needed. He told me to speak with Eddie when I came in for my appointment. Eddie Villalobos is the store manager and he greeted me with a warm welcome and was confident that he could help me. He runs a great, well disciplined, knowledgeable and courteous staff and they inspected my vehicle right after one other tire change ahead of me. They measured my pads and rotated my front tires at my request. After all safety checks including tire wear and air pressures, I was on my way. The pads were well within limits. I would highly recommend Eddie and his team for your tire and brake needs. I will recommend the shop to all my friends in Naperville and elsewhere.”

“To start, Midas is a franchise, so each Midas is owned/ran by a different person. This Midas in South Naperville is run by Rob and let me tell you, Rob is SUPERIOR. I unfortunately have had a few car issues in the last few months and have had to go into Rob's shop a few times now. Each time, Rob has been very thorough with explaining to you exactly what it is that they are doing, and he is also honest about things he doesn't think you need. He doesn't just sell you stuff to sell you stuff, which I appreciate a lot because a lot of shops will just try to add things on. He has even shown me the old parts from my car, which further proves to you the integrity of the work and the info he is giving you. He knows his stuff. It is also worth noting that my car is a Mercedes, which I realize can be a more complicated car to work on. Rob knows what he is doing, and he is also careful in selecting the parts and making sure he gets quality ones. Also recently, my car just randomly stopped accelerating and died, as I was merging onto the interstate, and I was stuck on the side of the road with my two dogs. The FIRST person I called was Rob. I was flustered and didn't know what to do. He showed empathy and told me exactly what I needed to do and who to call. He gave me the number of the towing company he trusts and everything. He didn't have to help me - he doesn't owe me anything, but he truly cares about his customers! He made a really stressful situation seamless, and I couldn't be more grateful. He got my whole car fixed within a day. He is amazing!! Even the shop guys I have encountered while being there are super friendly and knowledgeable as well! I will forever keep going to this Midas as long as I live here. Thank you, South Naperville Midas/Rob!”

“Love the work that they do here. They're probably best known for their custom exhausts. A lot goes into each of their exhausts to ensure fitment and great sound. It's not cheap, but the work they do is exceptional. Owner and staff are all patient and friendly.”

They can usually give me a ride to my workplace and back so I don't have to hang around. Or provide a "loaner". And they try to help me keep costs down for things like the new tires I bought last fall. Allen is a superb auto tech and is very thorough and meticulous. Will be bringing my yellow "Bumblebee" to them in the future.”

Most places would just take the money and run however, they showed integrity and only charged what they had to. Excellent service, will be using them for any car issues going forward.”
