“I wish I could give 10 stars. Gil at the Lisle location is always awesome to work with. He is really friendly and also honest about what is going on with my vehicle. Rick at the DG location told me that I should take my car to the Hyundai dealership since I was likely a candidate for a free engine replacement under the 100K warranty. He was right- I got a whole new engine. I wouldn’t have done that if he hadn’t suggested that. All of the people I have dealt with at either location have been wonderful. Their prices are more than fair, and my oil changes never take more than 30 minutes. My husband and I are very loyal to them. Thank you guys!”

“Incredibly happy with their work and dedication to figuring out problems! My car had a problem where the steering wheel leaned to the left and I thought it was an alignment problem so I originally took it into Mavis and they told me it was an alignment issue. I brought it into Mavis again after the first alignment and they still claimed it was an alignment issue, which didn't fix the problem at all (plus they left oil and grease marks everywhere on the driver's side door). Finally I took it to R and V and they found out the steering knuckle was the problem. My car is driving normal again! Very happy with them and the would highly recommend this shop! Thank you so much guys, will definitely come back!”

“I have used this local service department several times in the last few years. They are my traditional "go to" for my Chevy Malibu services.Reservations for oil change/tire rotations are highly recommended and those can be made on the phone or on line. My experiences are "short notice" is not a problem. Even moving appointments is not a huge problem.Staff are friendly and accommodating. They have a nice waiting area and will text you as your car moves through the service process, but will personally come get you when it is time to depart. Coupons and price matching are accepted and fully explained on their website.”

“I had a cracked tail housing in my automatic transmission. I brought it in on Wednesday afternoon and work was completed and I picked the vehicle on Thursday afternoon. I also had them do a oil change. I thought the price for the transmission work was reasonable but thought the oil change was a bit pricey. The staff was extremely friendly and I appreciated the fast turnaround on getting my vehicle back. I would recommend this company for any transmission work.”

Anytime I’ve called the shop with any question, Ian would spend upwards of 30 mins on the phone with me until the convo was satisfied on both ends. That’s personal attention you can’t buy. The shop has gone above and beyond my expectations many times over.I recently had my STI tuned and have had multiple services done to my car since said tune. The professionalism here is top notch. “I've been taking my 2015 Honda CRV to Honda of Lisle for several years now. (I've also taken my son's 2015 Honda CRV to them as well, when he has been in town and needed repairs.) They have always treated me fairly and have never recommended a repair that I didn't need. Their workmanship is outstanding. And when I have encountered a problem, they have always made things right. In fact, they have gone way above my expectations at times to make sure that I know that I'm a valued customer. To be frank, I can't recommend them highly enough. And now that they've got a new Illy Coffee machine (those things cost over $7,000 retail), even the waiting room is a treat.”
