“Mr. Jims has been my auto mechanic for many years now. They kept my 1991 Crysler van running smooth for 23 years! I finally went with a 2013 Town & Country 5 years ago and Mr. Jims has continued their great service. Mr. Jims is very conveniently located for me here in Warrenville. In the past I searched for a good auto mechanic. Dealers offer "professional" service but at high $$$$. I tried "economy" shops but was disapointed by faulty service. Mr. Jims offers (IMO) expected quality service at a fair price. You may find a mechanic with a slightly lower price as I did in my searches. However you will indeed pay more in the long run. { I did!!!} Mr. Jims is very accomodating & professional. Definite recommendation.Update 2024: Still good with Mr. Jim's (under new ownership GreatWaterGarage) Happy with service on my 2013 T&C and 2004 VW Beetle.”

I was driving from getting off from work when I noticed my engine light was on and then the car started to shake and not accelerating when pressing on the gas. “Over all the process took 30days from the time all documents where filed and didn’t have any problems with that, but would appreciate a little more communication from them as to what’s happening in the claim as it feels like they just have a book they read from to tell you what they want you to hear. Other then that they were fare and took care of my calm.”

He recently did work on my car, and noticed an oil leak. He recommended I go to the dealership for because it should be covered under warranty—and it was. Considering I know nothing about cars, he could have done the work himself, and charged me for it. I totally trust the entire team, everyone has been very kind.”
