“My experience at this fitness club has been beyond phenomenal. Truly a wonderful, peaceful and clean space to work out at. It’s not just a facility that makes you feel welcomed, but it is the way you are treated the minute you walk in. The staff, management and owner are beyond polite and supportive. “Since Covid, I've limited myself to running outdoors and doing stairs during breaks at work. Unfortunately my individual efforts are simply not enough. I know I need to vary my workout and shed additional pounds but most off all, I need the motivation to make it a regular habit. I started to research a few gyms with Shred415 being one of them. They're a circuit training gym offering group classes and caters to all skill levels.On my recent visit, Jordan was my instructor. She was awesome. She was lively, showed us proper form when switching to floor exercises and kept us motivated the entire time. Their parking lot is ample and I didn't have trouble finding a space. I'm hoping to make a decision in a month and glad I got the chance to try this place out.”

“Hyper Fight Fitness is an excellent boxing gym for students of all levels. My son who wrestles wanted to try boxing. My only experience was the Chicago Park Dist. boxing programs from my youth. In comparison, Hyper Fight will keep your kid's interest longer with several different coaches, better equipment, facilities, different skill level classes, and a friendly atmosphere. One day he came out of practice telling me he saw 2 pro boxers training there and they were down to earth and friendly. He thought that was really cool and wanted to train even more. Bogdan and Kamila run a top notch gym. Highly recommended 10/10 rating.”

“Their slogan is "A Better Way to Train" and that is entirely accurate. Working through an episode of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, I seriously thought that I would be having daily issues for the rest of the year, or maybe the rest of my life. But a friend told me about The Edge and everything about the process from the initial contact, to the first evaluation appointment to the series of sessions with the incredible Ashley as my trainer was easy to access and professionally done. My trainer ( who has a doctorate ) understood the issue almost immediately and we were on the same page from the first moments onward. A series of stretching and strengthening exercises, along with some occasional physical therapy performed on-site by my trainer got me through the most painful injury ever and back on the golf course. I can't say enough about how good my experience has been here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for workouts, classes, personal training, sports psychology and advice in a top level organization.”

“Visiting Chicago and I was pleased to find this gym a short drive from our Ravenswood rental. Plenty of free parking on the street and a small nearby lot at 7am on a Sunday morning.There were a half dozen patrons in there at any time during my workout, so plenty of room and no competition for space and equipment.This gym size and equipment selection is very comparable to all 4 of the the Anytime Fitness locations I've been to, which makes it easy to execute your planned work-out without too much hunting and pecking. The key fob works just the same, too.All the equipment were in good shape, and the place was clean and in orderly condition.”

“I just signed up today but this place is a gem. It took 20-30 minutes for the entire tour and membership process and I was off on my own for my first workout. I was there during “peak” time but there was plenty of room and almost no one doing chest on an international chest day (Monday). So it was perfect for me.I can tell I’m going to have a wonderful time here going forward. If you’re a bit tired of the commercial gym vibe, and want to see what a bodybuilding gym is like, you need to check this place out.”

“CrossFit Wilmette was my first endeavor into this type of training. Been at it for the past 6 months and I'm probably the fittest that I have been in my entire life. “Ive been coming to the Garage Gym heavy AF classes for 6 weeks now and absolutely love them! I was previously just doing one class a week and purchased the five pack, but I decided to move forward with a membership to start going multiple times a week because of how much I’ve enjoyed the classes! “Coming from general and climbing gyms, I had always heard the rumors of crossfit, from injuries to odd workouts, and some pretty toxic macho man behaviors.This is not that gym. I have found such an inclusive environment with truly wonderful people of all backgrounds. It is a supportive and caring space where you feel listened to and you're needs feel met. The workouts are odd and it can be overwhelming at times but the people there have your back.If you're new to this kind of activity, take it slow, go light, and for God's sake ask questions. The coaches are more than happy to talk you through any sticking points.”
