“Great service ! Lotfi was very patient helping my husband buy a suit a week before a wedding. They got the suit hemmed and waistband adjusted in 3 days! I forgot the name of the young man who was there when we picked up the suit and he also shared his knowledge on suits and offered to bring my husband’s old suits and see if they can do some alterations to make it more up to date. This will definitely be our suit store from now on.”

“This is totally a tack store worth shopping at,I came here for the first time just for one pair of riding pants. The store had such a great variety for both western and english gear and was organized nicely, it was super clean. They had great clearance prices up to 85% off some clothes and boots. staff were super nice, personable and held good convos with you but totally let you shop with no pressure to buy anything. I ended up leaving with two pairs of pants, a vest, boots, gloves, and candies! I was super close to buying a bunch of cute horse themed earrings they have but I was pretty over budget and I’m sure I’ll be back again to buy them plus more. I wish I had gotten the cashiers name, but she was super nice and her outfit was so cute. I was talking about how I liked the variety of gold and silver jewelry and she said she orders it and makes sure to get both, I loved her! This is a great store.”

The Manager Max is the best part of the Hot Topic experience because he managed both locations and he always is so helpful. “I just wanted to come on here and say the workers here are always so nice and just all around amazing customer service! i’ve placed two mobile orders for pickup online at this location and the website said the orders usually take 2+ hours to prepare and orders placed after 2pm might not be ready till the next day and both of them were placed after 4pm. They got it ready within 30 minutes both times! Some places would say f*ck that and wait until the next day or something. Thank you for not being that type of place lol. Keep up the good work!!”

“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”

“Just bought a suit K&G in Orland Park 12/16/2023 and I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever came across. Charles is amazing and extremely extremely intelligent. He helped me pick out a beautiful suit that matched my Fiancée’s dress. I showed him a picture of Hany fiancées dress and told him I need a nice suit to match it, he literally measured me and got me a full suit set up in 15 mins. Everyone at my engagement loved my suit!! I spent 4 hours at Macys and walked out with nothing. I can’t thank you guys enough especially Charles. Let him know I appreciate him and I will always recommend people to him. You the man Charles!
