Since shoe size was not in stock they ordered them from the warehouse to be delivered to my home at no charge since I already made the trip to the store once. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. “i called ahead and explained my situation how I would most likely just be looking to get my feet scanned because I had a special stipulation on the type of boot I needed to buy for work. i was told that they can help me out with a scan of my feetI came in with the intention that I'd buy a pair of boots if something was there for me. i came in and Jim took care of me. good guy, didn't mind helping me. he helped me pinpoint what I'd been doing wrong with my shoe purchasing habits with the scan he let me do on their machine. in the end, because of the stipulation I needed on my work boot, paired with my feets needs, there wasn't a pair there for me.i appreciate that he was willing to put me as a customer first and my money second. there were no boots there for my specific needs and he was up front about it. I think this equates to stellar customer service / business ethics. if I ever have any needs that this store can fulfill I will come back. i didn't buy anything but the way I got taken care of is enough for me to spread the word about the place. definitely stop in if you're thinking about it”

The store was super crowded and she had coworkers but they were not of any service. She ended up helping about 4 of us simultaneously and got us all fitted and out in under 10 minutes! Wow! “Today was my first time shopping at this mall with my mom. We had a horrible experience at Box Lunch that we were literally shaking from and we came to Loft next to finish my mom’s returns. I feel like I’m going to mess up spelling her name, I think she said it was Jojo or Juju, I’m so sorry I don’t know for sure. :,( But anyways she was SO nice. Before even knowing about our experience she provided my mom with great customer service. She then asked how my first experience was at the mall and we told her what happened and she was shocked so I’m glad it wasn’t just us. We did the return and went to get food. We circled back about an hour or two later and she was still there and so was so helpful and pleasant again which was extremely refreshing. I seriously wish every store could have this environment that she provided for us and I work in retail too so I definitely took notes from how kind she was!”

“I was really happy to see when Jayne opened up in Orland Park! I love their Oak Park and La Grange locations and have bought various things over the years such as clothes and shoes and accessories. This boutique is really cute and carries a lot of great high quality brands. I love to browse especially when they have sales. The clothing is now too young and trendy for me but every now and then I'll find a top or pants that are cute pieces for my style. Today I went in and had excellent service from the staff, I wish I had gotten her name. She was very professional and helpful in finding comfortable and flattering shoes for my low arches and flat feet. She went to the back a couple of times to find me options based on my size and style and she was really patient! Thankful for great customer service which is becoming increasingly rare these days I ended up finding a cute pair of boots, a pair of On shoes, and sunglasses all for 20% off as the whole store was 20% off. It's also fun to check out their jewelry, handbags, and other seasonal items. Shop local and come in sometime soon!”
