The owner and his partner went over and beyond to help my fiancé, and my 2 brothers in-law find their suit. Not only are the suits flexible and comfortable but they have by far the best attention to detail. They gave us quite a few different options and were so patient with us. “Great service ! Lotfi was very patient helping my husband buy a suit a week before a wedding. They got the suit hemmed and waistband adjusted in 3 days! I forgot the name of the young man who was there when we picked up the suit and he also shared his knowledge on suits and offered to bring my husband’s old suits and see if they can do some alterations to make it more up to date. This will definitely be our suit store from now on.”

“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”

“I just wanted to come on here and say the workers here are always so nice and just all around amazing customer service! i’ve placed two mobile orders for pickup online at this location and the website said the orders usually take 2+ hours to prepare and orders placed after 2pm might not be ready till the next day and both of them were placed after 4pm. They got it ready within 30 minutes both times! Some places would say f*ck that and wait until the next day or something. Thank you for not being that type of place lol. Keep up the good work!!”
