“I just wanted to come on here and say the workers here are always so nice and just all around amazing customer service! i’ve placed two mobile orders for pickup online at this location and the website said the orders usually take 2+ hours to prepare and orders placed after 2pm might not be ready till the next day and both of them were placed after 4pm. They got it ready within 30 minutes both times! Some places would say f*ck that and wait until the next day or something. Thank you for not being that type of place lol. Keep up the good work!!”

“The young manager lady who came out from the back to help me with my grandmother was so kind and beautiful. I realized when she came out she brought a positive atmosphere to the store and many other customers were very happy to see her. Even the little Kiddos running around the store trying to get her attention at the time was cute. If I were you guys I’d put her at the very top of the food chain. I’ve had help from other associates but none matched what she brought to the table. Her name was Alexis and my grandmother always ask for her!”

She was straightening racks of misses clothes; got the impression she was a manager walking the store, checking on things & took the time to greet us! Encountered her again later & she asked how things were going. Loved it!”

“I had the best business photo shoot. AJ was my photographer and she was so personable and professional. She knew the best poses for the best outcome. I literally have so many great pictures it's taken me a whole week to choose my business card photo! Overall I would recommend this place. Donna usually does my photos and she is just as good. I will be back for fall photo's with my family.”

I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. “I do consider myself a shopper and everyone have places that they like above others. JC Penny is a go-to for me and my mom. This location in particular, is always nice because it's usually not packed. I like the soft atmosphere since I'm used to more chaotic shopping experiences. I never had an issue with finding anything I was looking for, but the few times that I needed help I was greeted with smiles. They have changed the outline like any other space, but I never had an issue with re-adjusting. I had a very great experience with the Sephora one night when I wanted to get my makeup done for a special occasion. The deals are just as great and you most likely will find whatever you came there for.”

“Great Hair Salon. We loved the one in Fort Myers and thought we Would try the one in Orland Park. Both employ excellent stylists. They are both professional and talented and we are very happy with our hair. Both salons are peaceful and not a lot of crazy drama like a few that we visited. You won't be sorry”

“Definitely recommend this store! They do have a good selection of communion dresses and have a good amount of seating for the grandmas/entourage who come with! The staff is lovely and we especially want to shout out to the sales associate Tamika who was BEYOND helpful and truly helped make first communion dress shopping special for my daughter. Go here. (& go before things are picked over! Like most places they just order a bunch of dresses in January and dont reorder)Pricing is expected for communion dresses at a boutique store ($300-550).”

My husband called and the lady had it in a bag and ready to go as soon as he found the place. We aren’t in the mall often so it took him a good minute to find the store.
