“I accidentally put the wrong address down and when I was notified it was shipped I notified Parker James that I put down the wrong address and thought all hope was lost. BUT!!! I got an email from Lauren saying that they ran down to the mailbox to get it and fix the address! I couldn’t be more greatful! This was a dress I have been looking for. My boyfriend has a shirt that matches the dress perfectly and he has been wanting to match so when I found this dress it was meant to be! I am forever greatful towards Parker James and Pink Slip.”

“Shopped this past Sunday, July 2nd. Been in this shop many times but this past Sunday was disappointed by the lack of customer service from the employee working this morning. Something I find more and more today is the lack of friendliness and manners. Didn’t greet us when we entered the store. Didn’t thank me for my purchase. Maybe I expect too much in today’s world but I do expect a thank you when shopping and purchasing. Let’s teach employees some common sense and manners.”
