“We had a class group staying here for our trip to Chicago. The group reservation system was convenient, and the people organizing it were great. When we arrived, they had all our rooms ready and a stack of labeled key cards and room assignments which made it really quick and easy for us all to get in to our rooms and relax after a day of sightseeing.”

“Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)”
