“I had a cruise and flew out of O'Hare and used the airport parking option at the Hyatt Regency.The staff are always so awesome when you have questions or concerns which helps if something does come up. Usually you speak with an agent from the parking lot company but they include the hotel's' number and they will do anything they can do.It is so easy to get to and the best thing is the hotel shuttle runs 24 hours!!! Many places have reduced hoursWould definitely recommend if you are driving to O'Hare”

“We have used this hotel for parking many times while flying out of O’Hare. The staff havealways been friendly and helpful. The shuttle is convenient and drops you off right at the terminal. Pick up is just as easy upon returning from a trip. It’s worth not having to deal with the airport traffic. We will continue to use this hotel for parking while flying!”

“Safe area very close to airport. The shuttle runs every 40 minutes, don't be late. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and fairly quiet space for being near the busy airport and highways. Breakfast is easy to navigate and full of options. The bar area was closed during my visit, but looks like a good setup for dinner and beverages.”

“There is a shuttle from O’Hare that takes you directly to this hotel. It was a little difficult finding it, but the other Hilton Shuttle Driver pointed us in the right direction.Checking in was fairly quick. There was a brief mention thanking me for being a Diamond member, but being in the US they probably say that to everyone.The room was clean. No issues with that. We slept well considering we were in transit.Checking out was simple too. They just confirmed everything was paid for and thanked us for staying.Overall, would come back if I need to transit through and need to stay overnight.”
