And what an awesome guy Rocky Patel is , upon arrival we were warmly welcomed even though it was bit crowded and he makes sure that we get the best and we enjoy our stay very well , he makes our trip even more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,famous places to visit and of course restaurants with delicious food. “It is located just near OHare airport, however I would recommend to book an uber to reach here as public transport is less frequent.The rooms are decent enough for the price they are charging. They won't be providing any toiletries except a cheap soap. Make sure you carry your bodywash and shampoo. They do provide napkins and towels though.The hotel is away from downtown, but if you are looking for a quite and affordable place then this is it.They have a vending machine which has shampoo and conditioner each for 3 dollars plus some snacks.They also have a soda machine (its not free).Additionally, a microwave in the lobby area.Overall a pretty good experience for the price they charge.Noteworthy details: No toiletries provided”

“This place has a lot of expectations and good reviews. Is it special? Yes. Is is luxury? Yes. Is it clean beyond any place I've stayed in North America? Yes. I got the whirlpool classic. It was expensive for one night I paid to stay until 3pm. Some things did rub me the wrong way. For one, the constant borderline push to upsell chocolates, roses, massage oils and champagne (with plastic champagne glasses) for the room. Again, this experience comes at a premium, there isn't a need to insist on adding Las Vegas wedding chapel like items. The insistence on the pre-check in and the rule to be there relatively on time. I paid for the room. Why does that matter? Also a text telling me that my checkout time is near. I'm aware of the check out time. Who else does that? Takes away a lot of class from a club like this. Also, groundskeepers were out at 8am on a Saturday morning using power garden equipment. Should be known that most guests had a late night if things went well. Some of the in-room amenities were somewhat lacking as well. Whirlpool had some mechanical issues (jet control valve) and bathroom was relatively plain (though it had a bidet). Bed wasn't super comfortable (especially for the purpose I wanted it for) and very tall for my vertically challenged partner. Romantic lighting under the bed was a nice touch, but we did not find a way to deactivate as we like to sleep in total darkness. So this is very difficult to give 5 stars to. Was it an awesome overall experience? I lean towards yes, but some avoidable things that management can easily correct really took away from this being a first class experience.”

“Like many people leaving reviews, we booked out of necessity due to a canceled flight. We had just finished a 10 hour flight with a toddler and this hotel provided some much need refuge after the longest travel day ever. It was very clean and the breakfast was pretty impressive. The thing I appreciated most was that the staff was so quick about checking in. No unnecessary questions, just the room keys so we could rest. Not to mention a shuttle to and from the airport! I feel very lucky that we wound up here that night.”

“We were over there for the marriage function in November 2023. Great location, really pleasant and extremely clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a awesome place to stay are the staff. “What a wonderful stay. !!From the decorations in the lobby and hot cider. The warmest pool I’ve ever swam in at a hotel.The cleanest bathroom in the room . You really feel comfortable .The manager Jamie was so helpful, always detailing the lobby area to make everything look perfect. This is a 5 star stay! Very quiet,, great for a good nights sleep. You have to love having the heater, air, unit not in the bedroom for a great nights sleep. Plus the full fridge, living space.Our New Favorite place to stay and we’ll always look for a Homewood Suites hotel.”

“I had a cruise and flew out of O'Hare and used the airport parking option at the Hyatt Regency.The staff are always so awesome when you have questions or concerns which helps if something does come up. Usually you speak with an agent from the parking lot company but they include the hotel's' number and they will do anything they can do.It is so easy to get to and the best thing is the hotel shuttle runs 24 hours!!! Many places have reduced hoursWould definitely recommend if you are driving to O'Hare”

“The best thing about it is that it was very convenient to where I was needing to be. Also, the breakfast is absolutely stellar – the best I’ve seen anywhere. the bed is very nice, But the sofa and chairs aren’t very comfortable.. Upkeep on the whole place is below average—There’s always something wrong with something. it took days to get a microwave delivered to my room. The people at the desk range from being very pleasant and engaging to downright rude. I will say that the manager went out of his way to help me replace meds that the housekeeper had inadvertently knocked into my sink. That was super.”
