Two fitting rooms and both were "under construction" it's one of the bigger targets in the city but it can't even keep its fitting rooms open. Very frustrating and I had to buy clothes and then try them on in the dirty bathroom and then wait in line to return them. Yuck.

A fairly large and very organized Target. The employees here are friendly and helpful. Generally very clean and appealing.
