“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees named Nazar!This guy is very knowledgeable with the systems at cricket, he handled and resolved my issue quickly with a few phones lines that I had added to my accounts by a friend that took advantage of having my pin code....Not only did nazar show me the dates each extra phone had been activated so that I could see how long the recurring payments were coming out of my account, he helped me create a seperate account so that I could emancipate my number from the other account and he took my card off file!I came back a few weeks later he remembered me and as I put a new card on file, I was asking him if Cricket had an international plan for Spain;since I'm leaving for about a month! He let me know Cricket didn't have an international plan for spain but he helped me call so that I could unlock my phone if incase I needed to buy a sim card in Spain for my phone! Stellar employee great energy and naturally cares about the customers! I've had nothing but great experiences with cricket, not a single a bad one, but with that being said I've never felt inclined to write a review about how good the service is, so that should let you know how on point this guy is! Nazar 100 percent superstar!”

It was two floors which I thought was cool because all my local targets are not two floors so that was interesting to see. It was neat, going up and down the escalator. “Roman Sokolov and his brother are special gifts to the Chicago area if you're in possession of medium to hi-end amplifiers and equipment. I've gone to them for years with an array of issues. Starting with a repair on the volume pot on my college 1980 Aiwa integrated amp that I was sure was destine for the recycle bin. I've got a higher end Tandberg power, preamp and FM tuner set that he keeps like new for me. Be ready to see more piled up old electronics than you've ever seen in one place. But Roman is organized and first rate. You won't find people doing their work anymore.”

“Had a LG 32" tv that suddenly had no picture (but was getting power). Took it in for a diagnostic to Minas since they're listed as an LG service center and in the neighborhood. $39 for the diagnostic and Raffi thought best guess would be the main board. Since it's a 32" tv, he suggested going with a new tv since the part, new would be $160+. (Aram did also offer that they had a 32" in the store for $99). Raffi was open to me making a low cost effort to repair the tv by having a $20 part shipped from a recycler to the shop. Though the part was an exact match for what was in my tv, it didn't fix the problem (suggesting it would be a more complicated problem with the display itself). I took care of returning that part. All these checks were part of the $39 diagnostic. They took care of recycling my old tv and I went ahead with shopping for a new 32" tv.”
