“Called yesterday to inquire if they do laser welding for a glasses repair. I broke the stem on them. I was desperate and already inquired with another jeweler in Chgo. He would have had to send them out and was estimating it would be 3 weeks, his repair guy is in downtown Chgo. The woman said sure, bring them in. It was Saturday. I brought them in, they repaired them on the spot and I was a happy camper once again. Dan actually was the angel who repaired them. I looked thru all the jewelry they carry. Large selection of 14K gold and Sterling, everyone there was very friendly. They are conveniently located in downtown Aurora. Parking was easy. I will be referring and returning, you won't be disappointed! Thank you everyone at Bella, you sold me!”

“The lady I encountered was incredibly sweet and the little ones working there too! Love to see a family business work together. I went in to buy 3 car flags for Mexican Independence Day however I couldn’t help but to notice that the flags aren’t the greatest quality. It has been two days and the flags are ripping and it’s not even the holiday weekend yet :( i don’t think they’ll make it till then. I am a bit disappointed especially since a friend suggested I come shop here. I don’t want to think the material of the other stuff are the same.”

They pierced my child’s ears, provided cleaning instructions and let me see where the ears were marked before piercing. Would recommend to anyone else looking to get their child’s ears pierced.”
