Ginger and her staff are just FANTASTIC - SO helpful and knowledgeable; the kind of attentive customer service you simply don't find anymore. My wife and I spent an hour plus there today, and Ginger came up with SO many great suggestions for outfits - things my wife tried on that she never would have, that ended up looking INCREDIBLE. I was met by Edmond who listened to my concerns and input every step of the way and understood the sentimental value of it to me. “I came into Fey & Co. earlier this year with my fiancé to inquire about their custom ring process. We spoke with Jon and he gave us some helpful information at time about the process. After a lot of thought I had an idea about her wedding band design as it was tricky with her halo and standard bands would not accommodate it. In April we spoke with Jon again and I explained my thought process to him and he understood exactly what my idea was. Several weeks later we received CAD designs of the ring and was amazed as it was exactly as I pictured it. Jon was very responsive to changes in the design and any other generalized questions I had. We received the completed piece 2 days ago and was blown away! It is a perfect match with the engagement ring and it looks beautiful together. We are both very excited about how it turned out and she cannot wait to wear it! I would recommend Fey & Co. to anybody looking for custom jewelry! 10/10”

“As I was walking in, 2 ladies were walking out and saying "I've NEVER been disappointed in this store", AND I COULDN'T AGREE MORE! I usually buy a little something in here to treat myself to. Their prices are usually a bit on the higher side, but it's a boutique. I walked out today with a candle, a card and a piece of super sale Christmas decor. It's a toss-up if I get greeted or not. But I feel like I always end up talking to someone that works there, so it's not that they aren't polite! I love the small business vibes especially after Naperville is being overtaken with big box stores.”
