“Lately it’s been really hard to get good customer service anywhere, however I was greatly impressed with the staff at this store. Everyone was really friendly and working hard to make sure customers are satisfied. I wasn’t even going to buy shoes, but Arleth saw me eyeing a pair of Timberland heels and was eager for me to try them on. She brought them to me in different colors and stayed with me through the entire experience — giving her own insight as well. At the register, the rest of the clerks were also extremely friendly and the atmosphere was positive. I will definitely be returning here for my future shoe purchases as I enjoyed my experience. Complements to the management team for recruiting such an outstanding crew!!”

“I wanted to thank Martin for doing a Super Professional repair job to a pair of expensive Italian patent leather knee high boots. Not only did he source difficult to get repair parts particular to these boots but he improved on the original shank install from the factory. He documented with photos and showed me the parts he replaced !! His workmanship was Beautiful. I felt like I had my Italian sports car repaired by a true old school mechanic. I only give good reviews to people who have earned them. It was a difficult first repair for me by him. I already brought him more work. Unlike a lot of other shoe and baggage repair places, he backs up his work. Really impressed with him. All you ladies out there, this is your guy for your high end stuff !! Thanks again Martin.”

“The lady I encountered was incredibly sweet and the little ones working there too! Love to see a family business work together. I went in to buy 3 car flags for Mexican Independence Day however I couldn’t help but to notice that the flags aren’t the greatest quality. It has been two days and the flags are ripping and it’s not even the holiday weekend yet :( i don’t think they’ll make it till then. I am a bit disappointed especially since a friend suggested I come shop here. I don’t want to think the material of the other stuff are the same.”

“There is NO other store I go to for my flats, sandals, heels and boots! The prices are exceptional, the sizes are little off but if you buy shoes without trying them on, I mean shame on you. The store clerks are all some form of Latino, and spend most of their time sitting behind the desk talking to each other instead of interacting with customers, but for me, the space is so small, having clerks walking around in my way, constantly coming up to me would make the experience worse. Not a very diversified staff and I have often wondered if anyone of any other ethnic background applied, regardless of qualifications, if they would have a chance at all.”
