“At least I was able to find Incandescent light bulbs here, but there were no signs of any Compact Fluorescent in this location. But really all I needed was the Incandescent light bulb and that's mostly all that I care about.”

He even went in the back to ensure the equipment was available for today. As I come by more people who lack customer service, this becomes more important to me as a core business value. Thanks Don!”

“I would like to thank Serena at store # 1957 for her kindness and help. I was complaining to my husband as we walked around the store and needing help and the only help we got from a guy sitting down with no customers is a finger point, then when I returned with more questions he just remained seated and pointed to another place for me to look, I just feel he should have gotten up and showed me. Once I got to the garden area there was a super helpful employee named Serena who whent above and beyond what was asked. We payed for mulch and was told to pick up outside and just drive up and load into car, well we discovered they did not have our mulch outside so parked and went back in with a cart to load up our bags from inside the store instead and she offered to go get it for us. Super helpful and kind. These kind of employees need to be recognized and compensated.”

“I called the store to learn about a snow blower. Fran helped me, she may be the manager or assistant manager or just a fabulous associate, but regardless, she had the snow blower waiting for me and she answered all of my questions. I was out of there quickly and happily.”
