“I have gone there twice now for low tire pressure. Yesterday I went because one tire was significantly lower than the rest, Commercial Tire discovered a 3" nail in my tire! They fixed it for no charge and then informed me that fixing flats and tire rotations are always free! Plus as a bonus every employee that I've dealt with are extremely nice and helpful.”

“I was so tired of getting treated badly and being overcharged at other repair shops/Dealership service centers. I learned about K&R by a word of mouth referral from a coworker. She said she doesn't trust her car with anyone else. I recently had a terrible experience with Peterson Chrysler Buick service center. Unfortunately my saga with them is not over because (as I suspected) they did a poor job with the transmission replacement they did on my vehicle causing issues with the steering rack/steering column. I'll be taking my vehicle back to them to fix the mess they created... after that though. I'll ONLY be going to K&R. It's hard to find a repair shop that is professional, HONEST, knowledgeable and even kind. Ken did not charge me for looking at my vehicle and determining the shoddy work done. Truly a great company. I will be telling all my friends and family that this place should be their new repair shop.Thanks K&R for being the gold standard of what an auto repair shop SHOULD be! “I often go to another tire store (LS) where I get great service but expensive tires and limited selection. I was reluctant to try Discount Tire as I did not think I would get much except a discount price. But I was very surprised and impressed by the professional, quality service this store (State St, Boise) provided. Not only was the price* excellent for the top brand, Michelin, tires we purchased but the care, courtesy, speed and quality of care was outstanding. They mounted and installed eight tires and all the work to go with them in fifty minutes. Plus their desire to inform me to use the free extra service features, ie, check pressure, update tpms, tire rotation etc, was genuine and encouraged. Their showroom and waiting area was comfortable, clean and in great condition along with their shop and parking area. Everyone and everything was professional and first rate through and through. I plan to make Discount Tire on State St in Boise my go to tire store from now on. Kudos to Javier and his team - You all did an excellent job!! *The money I spent on my Michelin Defender 2 tires - one of the top rated tire companies in the U.S. - was cheaper than the mid-grade store brand tire (Japanese) from another competitor. “Searched the valley for a reputable place to service my R6 and we came across Revved Up. After high recommendations from other riders we gave them a call. You could tell even over the phone they seemed genuinely interested in the bike, getting everything I needed taken care of, and their hospitality was unmatched. They were knowledgeable, very quick turn around, and being straight forward was highly appreciated.We had called a few other places and was met with horrible service and straight out refusals to even service a bike older than 2010.Services we had done: Oil change, full inspection, brake fluid and coolant flush.Absolutely will keep this guys for any future bike services.Services: Brake service & repair”

“I just have to share this about Tire Choice. We were at our local Walmart this rainy November morning when we tried to leave the parking lot we realized our Honda CRV wouldn't start. We called Tire choice and they were nice enough to send a technician over and check our battery out and gave us a jump start. We were able to get back on the road and took it over to Tire choice and had the battery replaced and we were back on the road within a half an hour. We can't say enough how kind they were to get us back on the road. Andrew was the technician and was very helpful and professional. Business's like this are hard to find. We highly recommend Tire Choice in Garden City.”

“I took my car in for a tire rotation and also to have them check my brakes because they were squeaking and I suspected they needed to be replaced (I've put 80k miles on the car since I bought it and have not replaced them yet).It didn't take them long to call me back and let me know that my car was done and that my breaks did not need to be replaced (the squeaking is from dust and build up, which they cleaned).I was shocked! They could have easily sold me breaks I did not need, because I was expecting to need to replace them and would not have thought anything of it if they'd told me I was right (in fact I was much more surprised when they told me I was wrong lol).Not only that, but when I got back to pick the car up, they didn't even charge me for anything.To say that I am pleased with their honesty and great customer service would be an understatement.To top the entire thing off, the woman who helped me with everything (I'm terrible with remembering names, so please forgive me for that... I believe her name started with a C) was extremely friendly and helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with.I cannot recommend this place enough, and I will be back to them again and again with my future car servicing needs :)God bless!”

“I got my Audi wheels chemically stripped and sandblasted. They did give me discount since the wheels were partially sandblasted but just need to sit in a chemical bath and repeat the sandblasting. Great job, but did miss some spots in the lug bot holes.Why would anyone wanna touch clean sand blasted aluminum with greasy/ dirty hands? I provided clean heavy duty black bags when I dropped them off and they didn’t reuse them :/Could’ve prevented the hand grease marks. Just will be more intensive to remove before primer and paint. Thanks”

“These guys saved me. I was coming down the hill on overland and watched a truck run a red light on orchard just as I was about to go through. As I was watching the truck, I looked back just in time to almost avoid but still catch the curb at the intersection. The curb took out my front left tire. These guys got my SUV back to the shop, replaced the tires and did a front alignment. I also needed to get to the airport a hour after hitting that curb. They went out of their way to get me to the airport on time for my flight as well as allowed my vehicle to be stored on their lot until I came back. Great service.”

“John's Auto Care installed a full set of plugs and coils in my 2006 Toyota about 31 months ago. They warranty their work and installed products for 36 months. Coil number 5 died a few months after installation and they replaced it for free. Last week it died again. Not their fault. I think that coil is subject to excess heat that shortenes it[s life span. They replaced it and the plug at that location. No charge and I had a decent loaner car for the day it took them to do the job. They are honest and do good work. I recommend you get a quote from them if your vehicle needs work. I will definitly use them when I need auto repair.”
