“They did quite a few repairs on my old 86 Chevy, I am very happy with the work they did to the radiator as well as fixing the rear differential leak. My only complaint would be they forgot to tighten the nuts on the carrier bearing of my driveshaft after they replaced my U-joint. Which caused my driveshaft to fall at an angle. I’d like to write it off as an honest mistake but it definitely put me in a tough position since I was hauling hay. Overall they are polite, professional and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for all the repairs they did.”
“I was passing through and had a tire leak. A couple of other tire stores couldn’t help me due to my wheel. Darrin and Phil went above and beyond to help me out. If you ever need help with your tires go see Darrin, he’s a problem solver and Phil does great work. They got me back on the rode fast for a fair price!!! I highly recommend!!!!!”
“On Sat. 1/13/24, I had made a phone call to your store in Eagle, ID, frantically explaining an anti-freeze problem. It was the start of a major winter storm and weather conditions were bad outside. I am a senior lady, 71 years old who tries to make sure my auto is running properly with all fluids ready especially for harsh winter conditions. They told me to come on over and they would help me. I had the pleasure of being assisted by your two store associates, Hunter and Milt. They went right to work to assist me and to assure me that my vehicle was safe. They treated me like family! There should be more people like them in the world! Their kindness and excellent customer service is very much appreciated! “I have gone there twice now for low tire pressure. Yesterday I went because one tire was significantly lower than the rest, Commercial Tire discovered a 3" nail in my tire! They fixed it for no charge and then informed me that fixing flats and tire rotations are always free! Plus as a bonus every employee that I've dealt with are extremely nice and helpful.”
