“On Sat. 1/13/24, I had made a phone call to your store in Eagle, ID, frantically explaining an anti-freeze problem. It was the start of a major winter storm and weather conditions were bad outside. I am a senior lady, 71 years old who tries to make sure my auto is running properly with all fluids ready especially for harsh winter conditions. They told me to come on over and they would help me. I had the pleasure of being assisted by your two store associates, Hunter and Milt. They went right to work to assist me and to assure me that my vehicle was safe. They treated me like family! There should be more people like them in the world! Their kindness and excellent customer service is very much appreciated! Thank you so much and may this new year bring blessings back to them and their families!”

“I was so tired of getting treated badly and being overcharged at other repair shops/Dealership service centers. I learned about K&R by a word of mouth referral from a coworker. She said she doesn't trust her car with anyone else. I recently had a terrible experience with Peterson Chrysler Buick service center. Unfortunately my saga with them is not over because (as I suspected) they did a poor job with the transmission replacement they did on my vehicle causing issues with the steering rack/steering column. I'll be taking my vehicle back to them to fix the mess they created... after that though. I'll ONLY be going to K&R. It's hard to find a repair shop that is professional, HONEST, knowledgeable and even kind. Ken did not charge me for looking at my vehicle and determining the shoddy work done. Truly a great company. I will be telling all my friends and family that this place should be their new repair shop.Thanks K&R for being the gold standard of what an auto repair shop SHOULD be! Cannot say enough good things.”

“I just have to share this about Tire Choice. We were at our local Walmart this rainy November morning when we tried to leave the parking lot we realized our Honda CRV wouldn't start. We called Tire choice and they were nice enough to send a technician over and check our battery out and gave us a jump start. We were able to get back on the road and took it over to Tire choice and had the battery replaced and we were back on the road within a half an hour. We can't say enough how kind they were to get us back on the road. Andrew was the technician and was very helpful and professional. Business's like this are hard to find. We highly recommend Tire Choice in Garden City.”

“I took my car in for a tire rotation and also to have them check my brakes because they were squeaking and I suspected they needed to be replaced (I've put 80k miles on the car since I bought it and have not replaced them yet).It didn't take them long to call me back and let me know that my car was done and that my breaks did not need to be replaced (the squeaking is from dust and build up, which they cleaned).I was shocked! They could have easily sold me breaks I did not need, because I was expecting to need to replace them and would not have thought anything of it if they'd told me I was right (in fact I was much more surprised when they told me I was wrong lol).Not only that, but when I got back to pick the car up, they didn't even charge me for anything.To say that I am pleased with their honesty and great customer service would be an understatement.To top the entire thing off, the woman who helped me with everything (I'm terrible with remembering names, so please forgive me for that... I believe her name started with a C) was extremely friendly and helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with.I cannot recommend this place enough, and I will be back to them again and again with my future car servicing needs :)God bless!”

“I am a mechanical engineer, and I require perfection for my wife’s car services. Lexus wants roughly $1000 just to do a 30,000 mile oil change service. Meridian did this plus a complete inspection of her car to make sure it was absolutely safe; and they did it for roughly 1/3 The price of Lexus or Toyota dealerships. An honest professional service facility is the best find I’ve made so far in Idaho. Meridian automotive repair, thank you. I know that my wife is safe when she’s driving”

“John's Auto Care installed a full set of plugs and coils in my 2006 Toyota about 31 months ago. They warranty their work and installed products for 36 months. Coil number 5 died a few months after installation and they replaced it for free. Last week it died again. Not their fault. I think that coil is subject to excess heat that shortenes it[s life span. They replaced it and the plug at that location. No charge and I had a decent loaner car for the day it took them to do the job. They are honest and do good work. I recommend you get a quote from them if your vehicle needs work. I will definitly use them when I need auto repair.”

“Highly recommend ADS, Josh was very informative/knowledgeable about my truck, and what was wrong with it not taking me for a loop on what could be wrong with it. He was on top of the calls letting me know what exactly it needed, and my options. I had an issue with my heater only blowing out of the face vents, an issue with my front end, and a problem with my engine sputtering intermittently. He dove in and found blend doors were gone, issue with the software currently on the truck, and ball joints were not good either. I’m extremely happy to have my truck back up and running, not questioning if it’s road trip worthy. Keep up the phenomenal work Josh!”
