She was really frank about what was good/bad with the vehicles. By the end, we ended up leaving with 2 cars. Then later, after having issues titling and registering the cars (due to different states/rules) she helped us further getting some notarized documents sent to us to get the paperwork squared away for dmv. And she completed it and had it in the mail the next day. We really appreciate your help then and since. I've been passing your info out every chance I get. You're Awesome. “Had a really good experience with Alex at Red Line. I had a Jeep Wrangler that started making a knocking sound in the rear end. I had other folks that were unable to diagnose it but talking to Alex over the phone he not only gave me a pretty good idea of what he thought it was, he was one of the few mechanics that was willing to give me any sort of quote. While the final price ended up being higher, he was transparent and explaining to me the reason for the increase. Even having the entire rear end rebuilds, I had my Jeep back within a week. It also came with a 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty everything done.”

“Tucker and mikeI called in on Friday and had an issue with a company truck. We dropped it off via tow truck on Friday and with labor day weekend, my guy who had the keys was on vacation. I dropped the keys off after the weekend. Tucker, the guy who I had been working with, said that they already handled it. Tucker and Mike went out of their way and fixed it in their lot rather than wait for me to bring by the keys. 100% would recommend and will be using them for our fleet of trucks.”

“I was last at Boise Muffler back in 2005 or 2006? They put a new sick muffler on my 1993 Chevy S-10 Blazer. I had an excellent experience with them back then. Just recently I just took in my 2005 Lincoln Aviator to them to put a custom exhaust on and was thoroughly impressed. I went with a Carven TR muffler as they suggested. They told me that it would take about two hours. However, they were done in an hour and ten minutes! When I heard my car start up I asked, “Is that mine?” It sounded so good! I’ve never had a vehicle with a custom exhaust on it! I would only recommend Boise Muffler if wanting to get exhaust work done. They let me take before and after pictures and were professional and personable all at the same time!!! Thank you Boise Muffler for being so great!!! Woo hoo!”
