They are the most competent, honest and customer service oriented mechanics that I’ve ever done business with. They exceeded my expectations again today like they have many times. They’ve earned my loyalty and that of my family!Can't say enough good about these people. I heard about them from two different trusted sources. I've switched over to them for the maintenance of all my vehicles this past year. They always seem to deliver more in service value than they charge me in dollars. “I can’t express enough my gratitude and thankfulness to Jereb and United Towing & Recovery. The apartments I live in struggle with adequate parking spaces, sometimes requiring you to park in the EV spots. I was forced to leave town quite suddenly and had my vehicle towed by this company. Jereb was empathetic to the reason I forced to leave town and let me pick up my truck. He showed such compassion and would not accept payment whatsoever. He is clearly a man of great character. “I showed up and the lady was really friendly, despite being really busy. Got my key and was on my way. Came back and simply parked the truck where asked and gave her my key. It was just that easy. To be able to rent a pickup truck for 4 hours for under $100 is a pretty awesome deal. (I think it was about $60 WITH collision insurance- which I would recommend, just to avoid hassles in the unlikely event something happens.) Anyways.. very happy customer, no issues.”
