“We came from out of state and had plans to buy a new vehicle. We came across this shop and started looking around. The owner was so patient with us and laid back. She was really frank about what was good/bad with the vehicles. By the end, we ended up leaving with 2 cars. Then later, after having issues titling and registering the cars (due to different states/rules) she helped us further getting some notarized documents sent to us to get the paperwork squared away for dmv. And she completed it and had it in the mail the next day. We really appreciate your help then and since. I've been passing your info out every chance I get. You're Awesome. “Typically when I buy a car I've already made the decision about what I want and can just go to the lot, tell the salesperson what I'm looking for, and be done with the whole "sales" process. When we started looking for a used car for my daughter it was her decision, so I couldn't use my approach. However, one of the factors I appreciated about Hawkes was I didn't need to ask a salesperson about prices, they were right there in the window. Looking about their lot was peaceful and no-pressure, and both times we were approached it was just a quick check-in to make sure we had no questions. That no-pressure feeling is really what drove me to my purchase and I'm happy to say their attitude is present through the whole process. Tim and Matt were extremely helpful, from the test drive through the financing. It was a quick, pleasant experience and I will absolutely be returning when I need to make my next used car purchase.”

“I bought a car last weekend from Theron at Hallmark Motors. I was impressed by their professional service and friendliness. Hallmark Motors is a great example of what a used car dealership should be. Theron and his associate made the process simple and easy, and met all of my expectations! I felt like I was buying a car from an old friend.When I asked questions about the history of the car they were very upfront and honest about everything they knew.I found the car posted online and flew in from Tucson AZ! I put a lot of faith in Theron and Hallmark Motors that the car would still be there, in good condition when I arrived. To my surprise they offered to pick me up from the airport!I cannot speak to the value of their other cars but mine in particular was priced very fairly, reasonably, and realistically given current market conditions.They were very accommodating and dropped off the car beforehand for a pre-purchase inspection at Boise Foreign Auto just up the street (at my request and payment). That was very nice of them. They were even willing to negotiate a little with me despite my situation and the current demand for used vehicles. I would gladly purchase from Theron at Hallmark Motors in the future. They were kind enough to give me directions and advice for my drive back home to Tucson.
