“Typically when I buy a car I've already made the decision about what I want and can just go to the lot, tell the salesperson what I'm looking for, and be done with the whole "sales" process. When we started looking for a used car for my daughter it was her decision, so I couldn't use my approach. However, one of the factors I appreciated about Hawkes was I didn't need to ask a salesperson about prices, they were right there in the window. Looking about their lot was peaceful and no-pressure, and both times we were approached it was just a quick check-in to make sure we had no questions. That no-pressure feeling is really what drove me to my purchase and I'm happy to say their attitude is present through the whole process. Tim and Matt were extremely helpful, from the test drive through the financing. It was a quick, pleasant experience and I will absolutely be returning when I need to make my next used car purchase.”
