I drove almost 30mins to get to them, luckily I knew some details and they helped.They seem well stocked. HomeDepot picked up the appliance and brought another one to my residence. they never took the return off of my bill. Manager Veronique Hubbard was patient, professional and took care of my needs. I was very frustrated with HomeDepot, but because of her we will continue to be customers”

“The macon shurlington dr location manager and assistant manager are very helpful and do a great job, delivering great products and take the time to ensure all their customers are satisfied. They also have a new guy with a clean cut braids style hair style. He didn't help me, cause he was prepping for delivery. But that guy has the best attitude and I'm sure delivers quality service with the products he is delivering.”

“Ahbner with The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Macon attended to me promptly at my appointment time. He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit. Mission accomplished.”

“I wish I got the name of the person that helped me, when I forgot my bank card, she helped me set up my tap to pay. When that didn't work she showed me how to download the app to pay online, when my Internet was taking forever, she walked me through connecting to the store Internet. When we were out of options, she said that she would keep my item behind the counter while I went back home for my wallet. And it was right there when I got back. I learned a lot that day.she was patient with me and exceeded my expectations”

“This store was the only one between Macon and Warner Robbins to accept my online order. Thankful for that. Mr. Billy showed excellent customer service, loaded the merchandise, and thanked me for coming in. Will not be ordering anything online to go to another store. The first store cancelled my order and would not take the merchandise from the online order because "it's not a regular in stock item" then calls me back asking me to place the order again because they need customers ☠️ no thanks. I will take the risk of a car wreck going to Grey Highway for the customer service at this location. Thank you !”
