“went to Metro PCS yesterday and wanted to purchase the moto g 5g. the original sales rep name was Daniel, told me the Nokia G was a better phone. That was a straight up lie. the phone sucks all the way around. So i went in today to return the phone in hopes Daniel would be there. but he wasn't. but i must say. Christian wilder & Jason was there. told Christian the problem. he got approval from his boss and got me into moto g 5g which i wanted originally. Top notch customer service. I'm also going to be transferring all my iPad, apple watch and my son's tablet. and if he isn't there that day I'll wait until he is. Thanks Christian and Jason for helping me with this small issue. if your are looking to get a phone from metro let christian help you. He's awesome and he knows a lot about the difference functions for each phone.”

He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit.
