“went to Metro PCS yesterday and wanted to purchase the moto g 5g. the original sales rep name was Daniel, told me the Nokia G was a better phone. That was a straight up lie. the phone sucks all the way around. So i went in today to return the phone in hopes Daniel would be there. but he wasn't. but i must say. Christian wilder & Jason was there. told Christian the problem. he got approval from his boss and got me into moto g 5g which i wanted originally. Top notch customer service. I'm also going to be transferring all my iPad, apple watch and my son's tablet. and if he isn't there that day I'll wait until he is. Thanks Christian and Jason for helping me with this small issue. if your are looking to get a phone from metro let christian help you. He's awesome and he knows a lot about the difference functions for each phone.”

“Went to Verizon today with my boyfriend so he could trade his old phone in and get a new one and walked out with a new phone for me as well. The woman helping us her name was Atarria (doubt I’m spelling that correctly with such a unique name sorry) she was so nice and patient with my boyfriend and all his questions and indecisiveness. She answered all our questions and everything was real smooth from turning our old phones in to switching over to our new phones. The atmosphere was great everyone smiling and connecting with others, really all the employees there today were great to me, they all recognized all the customers that walked in after us and helped everyone as quickly as they could. I want to again say thank you to all the employees that worked today for just doing a great job.”

“I wish I got the name of the person that helped me, when I forgot my bank card, she helped me set up my tap to pay. When that didn't work she showed me how to download the app to pay online, when my Internet was taking forever, she walked me through connecting to the store Internet. When we were out of options, she said that she would keep my item behind the counter while I went back home for my wallet. And it was right there when I got back. I learned a lot that day.she was patient with me and exceeded my expectations”

Mr. Billy showed excellent customer service, loaded the merchandise, and thanked me for coming in. Will not be ordering anything online to go to another store. The first store cancelled my order and would not take the merchandise from the online order because "it's not a regular in stock item" then calls me back asking me to place the order again because they need customers ☠️ no thanks. I will take the risk of a car wreck going to Grey Highway for the customer service at this location. Thank you !”
