I had been shopping around for a mattress and a couch today and just felt really let down after visiting another store and I even said right before walking into mattress barn, "The way my day is going I'm not going to be getting a mattress today either." “My best friend told me about this place after I said I needed a new mattress. I will say I was a little apprehensive at first after driving by because the building looked raggedy. However, I gave them a call while at work anyway and went on my lunch to check out the mattresses. I'm FAR from a fool, so as I looked, I googled the brands to do a price search. When I say you're going to save money, you DEFINITELY are! My king size pillow top I chose was being sold for $900-$1100 and that WAS NOT including the box spring. Here I am getting it there WITH the box spring for a total of $587 taxes included. The guy who owns it is SUPER nice, and even waited for my friend to get off work AFTER they were closed and come pick it up for me. I'd recommend them to anybody. Once you get over the initial SHOCK of the location, you'll be sleeping like a baby!??Happy shopping!”

When I tell you I haven’t encountered customer service/support/And SATISFACTION all in one place since preCovid, and that’s saying something about the experience this store will give you. We’re walked in we’re greeted not rush or anything of the sorts just a kind young gentle by the name of Chris and before I forget names Or speak the names incorrectly Marie and the whole staff are hands down a class at. Note back to pricing.. they WILL NOT OFFER YOU ANYTHING YOU DON’T WANT!! The gentleman asked our needs /price points and we went from there.I make this a point bc I have experienced not being heard only seen a purse or lack of and then the conversation changes. Not here!!! Long story short if I could give a 10/10 they have totally earned it. Sn just bc I ordered from a different supplier I’ll still have everything that was chosen in the least 4wks. And that’s great considering where it’s coming from”
