“I have been there 3 times to discuss some business accounts they manage. I have had nothing less than great customer service, with different bank reps. I do echo the computer issues mentioned previously (during the initial visit). However the manager still was able to find work arounds to get me what was needed. Hopefully those have been addressed. All in all their service was on par with other institutions I bank with personally. Hopefully they will strive even to surpass them as well.”
“I went to the Bank of America on Panola Rd and Covington Hwy. Mr. Ricardo Fagan took very good care of me, & he was extremely professional while also answering all of my questions. He walked me through the BOA app and made sure that all my accounts were linked together. Mr. Fagan made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be recommending his services to others.”

“This review is for Banker Mr. Michael Byrd. Over this past weekend there was a fraudulent charge on my card. To make a long story short my card was cut off without me knowing. Michael assisted me and he was Great ! He was professional, knowledgeable and took initiative promptly to came up with solutions to fix my problem. I'm in the middle of closing on a home & moving so it was a huge inconvenience. He expedited a new card to come in a few days. But when I say it came the next morning & I wasn't expecting it. Thank you Michael for your help. You went up & beyond.”
