However, I’ve always had a wonderful and pleasant experience with the two ladies that work at the desks, one black and the other white with long brunette hair. They’re the ONLY reason I’m rating a 4-star; otherwise, it would be a 2.”

“I have been with Synovus Bank since the 90's when it was called First nation Bank, I have always gotten Perfect service from the Branch manager, and the tellers as well. the small banking serves always get me.. I love it because they know who you are. they some times write out your slips they help you with problems if you need them. I have never experience any problems with my deposits my Husband switched to them as well. We Absolutely love them.. I really hate some people are have issues but I do wish you would give them another chance. We want bank any where else.”
