After a moment I was greeted by Taylor; I explained my reason for coming in. After she checked in with those who came after me, she invited into her office to have everything figured out. Taylor was very warm, amiable, personable, calm, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. My time with her was nothing short of amazing! They have a very warm and friendly environment being where the location resides, my husband and I were in there for about 2 hours opening up accounts and some other business that we had to tend to, everyone that came in knew the bankers inside and the same for them. “Wow. Beyond AMAZING customer service. I had received a stipend scholarship check, that took approximately four days to have processed and cashed out. Ms. Dot, along with Legacy and one other young lady (she is Latino, so I forgot her name, I believe it was Emily!) had provided the BEST customer service. Ms. Dot was very thorough, followed every protocol to safely ensure that the check was processed accurately. Each day that I came into the building, everyone was helpful and explained to me each time was needed to be done and to ensure the process was done efficiently. I do not bank with wellsfargo, but this experienced has certainly opened my mind up to coming back to this specific branch to open an account. By far the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thank you again ladies, for diligently working with me for the past week!”

“Columbia Dr. branch closed so I had to come here to close out my deceased son's acct. I saw the reviews and was apprehensive. They were super busy, so I asked for CS. Jay, the branch mgr. stopped what she was doing to assist me. Gentleman with the heavy accent assisted me and took care of my business with courtesy and ease. I did not have any problems. Teller was nice as well.”
