I wasn't sure what to do since there was a cash withdrawal limit but they helped me work out a plan to use a cashier's check and meet there to do the transaction, which I couldn't do elsewhere because of limits on shared branch cashier's checks.”

However, got a call later from Nikkita saying she was staying late (on a Friday) to get everything done and the acct. was actually opened same day. Still have to make an extra trip to get the opening deposit to them but impressed with an employee staying late on a Friday to help a customer. Thanks Nikkita = )”
