“Great Family owned business. Went there to purchase a new bedding set. We were helped by father, wife and son (Abraham). The shopping experience could not have been better. No pressure and very knowledgeable across all brands and price points. Abraham has selected the best models from each line to ensure a best buy for each mattress type and price. We knew we wanted a Simmons Black or a Sterns & Foster Estate. They had both which made comparison shopping easy. “Thanks Relax the Back for offering the type of Recliner that I needed for my Wellness Center. I came into the store to demo a massage chair that I called about the previous day. To my surprise, I didn't like the chair, but the zero gravity chairs were perfect and I landed on the Hart chair. Melanie was amazing. I made 3 separate trips to the store to demo the three different models that you had. I want to thank Melanie for her patience until I made a decision. Of course, while I was in the store, I walked around inquiring about every item that caught my attention. Melanie was knowledgeable on every single product. I am very pleased with my purchase and I am LOVE my recliner.”

I walked in and Buddy immediately greeted me. I told him my interest: what size and how firm the mattresses needed. Buddy showed me three mattresses from 500ish to 1k to 4k. He patiently gave me time to consider and ask questions anywhere from memory foam, spring, box, to warranty to where the mattresses are manufactured. He's very knowledgeable. Great customer service. I asked him for some time to consider and id be in contact. He offered and did end up writing a combo of what I was interested, price and name, for convenience. I did not buy anything yet and also did not feel pressured to, at any time. TIP: Delivery is included in the price!”

Had the mattress and bed frame delivered within a couple of days from purchase. They were able to attach my existing headboard to the new frame as well as hauled away the old mattress and bed rails.
