“Thanks Relax the Back for offering the type of Recliner that I needed for my Wellness Center. I came into the store to demo a massage chair that I called about the previous day. To my surprise, I didn't like the chair, but the zero gravity chairs were perfect and I landed on the Hart chair. Melanie was amazing. I made 3 separate trips to the store to demo the three different models that you had. I want to thank Melanie for her patience until I made a decision. Of course, while I was in the store, I walked around inquiring about every item that caught my attention. Melanie was knowledgeable on every single product. “One of the best Home Goods in the North Atlanta area, based on stock alone! If you're looking to see a larger selection of merchandise, I highly recommend this store. The only down side is, it's always packed and the store seems under staffed. They never have more than 2 cashier's, so the line at check out takes way longer than the other Home Goods I've been to.”

“I've read the multitude of negative reviews and have no reason to doubt the veracity of the reviewers. I just want to say that my wife and I had a very pleasant experience at the La-z-boy store at North Point Mall. Our salesman was patient and thorough and fully informed us before we order about the probable lengthy delay for delivery. Whether is was due to Covid or other supply chain issues, we were not broadsided. Then after delivery, we had an small issue the the recliner mechanism. We called the company and a repairman was dispatched and the problem was corrected within a few days. So, not every customer will have our experience, but we're very satisfied and would have no issue in using the company again.”

“I was in the market for a new mattress and Kennesaw Mattress Outlet delivered. Kenny gave me a good deal on a new mattress and an adjustable bed frame. Had the mattress and bed frame delivered within a couple of days from purchase. They were able to attach my existing headboard to the new frame as well as hauled away the old mattress and bed rails. Very easy and I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase, the price and the overall experience. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a new mattress/bedding at great prices. “Nice, neat store with a clean restroom, right by the front entrance. They are as good as Wal-Mart. You can find nice men's, women's, and children's clothing. The makeup section was well stocked and delightfully lit up. We came for bedding and found some great decorative pillows and sheets. Don't know why I do not remember to shop at Target. This location even has a grocery section and a pharmacy. I do not believe that they do car repairs. We received good customer service Overall, maybe I will shop there more often. For the Starbuck's lovers, there is one next to the front door.”
