“One of the best Home Goods in the North Atlanta area, based on stock alone! If you're looking to see a larger selection of merchandise, I highly recommend this store. The only down side is, it's always packed and the store seems under staffed. They never have more than 2 cashier's, so the line at check out takes way longer than the other Home Goods I've been to.”

“This establishment is nice with a wide selection of lighting. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. I believe her name was Ana. She was very pleasant, welcoming and informative. I would have gave 5 stars but only two out 5 employees spoke to us while we were in the store, the receptionist and Linda a sales consultant. Linda was pleasant, not pushy amd checked on us to make sure we were okay. If not for those two mentioned employees we would have walked out, and given 1 star. Customer service is first and foremost on our list. Thank you Ana and Linda for making our visit pleasant! There is also a clearance center located at the rear of the store where you will find final sales items with additional savings. If you are looking for lighting for your home or business come check out Progressive lighting. It will make your day brighter!”

“upon pick up, I had to reject about half of the bundles that were brought out to me however, the employee happily returned those and brought more out which were accepted. Some of the pieces especially the longer ones were so bowed so as to render them useless. The wood itself will be beautiful so overall I am happy with the purchase and the professionalism of the staff.”

He quickly determined what our needs and budget were and shared his expert recommendation. “After having multiple bad experiences with rude staff at other locations, it was refreshing to encounter such a kind and helpful staff at the Kennesaw store. I believe it was Nancy I spoke with on the phone initially who was so helpful. Then after arriving at the store Ramsey went above and beyond to give us an exceptional guest experience in store. Then was able to help us to locate additional items at another location. Sofia was also so kind and helpful in assisting us with loading the chairs. Good customer service is hard enough to find these days, but the exceptional service that we received today made me enjoy shopping World Market”

We have lived all over the world (27 years in the U.S. Army), and shopped in many, many furniture stores and "dealt" with literally hundreds of salespeople, and David Timmer is probably the best we have ever worked with! David was VERY patient, configured dozens of different packages for us, gave us the benefit of his 40+ years in the furniture business, and helped us get a really good deal on what we bought. We also met the GM Loren Mallorie who was also a pleasure to meet. The store is HUGE - (Jacksonville store on Atlantic Blvd), and the entire experience was a very good one. I purchase a couch and it's top notch and very comfortable and how I imagined it to be.
