He knew his product very well, was non influential and allowed me ample time to ponder over my choices. Answered all questions clearly and concisely. The delivery guys were timely, polite and respectful. My only reason for going with a 4 star rating was the fact that they speedily left before I had a few minutes to decide if I was satisfied with the assembly of the adjustable base. In retrospect I wish all 4 pegs were used. I’m a senior and not able to correct this concern. I may reach out to the store after I’ve had a little more time to be certain of my purchase.
