“Jan.29th, 2023. This is the Best PNC Bank by far! This PNC BANK, located in EASTERN Palm Beach Gardens is top notch! If you are looking deal with a PNC BANK where everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and kind, go to the PNC BANK in EASTERN Palm Beach Gardens! We first went to the PNC Bank located on Military Trail, just north of PGA, at 10973 North Military Trail. I wanted to open a second account for myself. My son, wanted to open his very first bank account. Pretty much everyone, except one, who works at the PNC Bank on Military Trail were very rude. The only nice person there, was the lady who was wearing a blue face mask, who assisted us with a deposit at the window (inside the bank). She was very polite, and helpful! After making a deposit, my son and I, went into one of the offices for our appointment. A Banking Assistant called us in. When my son and I went into the office for our appointment, we had to also accept to have a trainee in the office with us. What? How inappropriate! That, not only made my son and I very uncomfortable (having the trainee there), it completely took the Banking Assistant's attention away from us, made the Banking Assistant distracted, and very much delayed the progression of our meeting. In addition, during the meeting, every time my son and I asked the Banking Assistant a question, so that we would understand the process of what we were interested in doing in relation to our accounts, the Banking Assistant not only talked over us, but also answered us in a very condescending way... somewhat demeaning. It made no sense! Not to mention, no matter how hard we tried, it was very hard to understand what she sad most of the time (very heavy Hispanic accent). She also told us, half way through our 10 minute meeting, that she and the trainee had to go take care of something else related to his training, and lunch time, and pretty much guided us out of the office. How rude, unprofessional, etc.! We still had a few more questions, and didn't even get to open our new bank accounts! My son and I were both in disbelief! We left the bank on Military Trail (Just north of PGA), and immediately looked for another PNC BANK that was close by. We went to the PNC BANK located in east Palm Beach Gardens. What a difference! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a very professional young lady, and the Banking Assistant helped us right away! He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional! He answered all our questions, and helped us open our accounts. What a wonderful experience! This PNC BANK, in EASTERN Palm Beach Gardens, at 2000 PGA Blvd., Suite 1000, is where I will take all my business from now on! That's how every bank should be! Simply the best!”

“I just clicked on this location to see if they were open yet this morning and saw the terrible reviews. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer basically my whole life via Wachovia. I’ve honestly loved being a client of theirs and frequent this location for deposits and what not. The tellers have always been very nice and efficient. I don’t know why but it felt like it would bum me out to see a one star review for my work so wanted to show them some love this morning!”
